I wanted to write you a letter to thank you for the new roof that you and your crew completed on my house IN ‘ONE’ DAY! From start to finish, you were available for all of my questions and were extremely helpful with my insurance company.
The whole job went as you planed.  I think the whole process took less than2 weeks.  From meeting you and helping me nail a tarp on the roof to stop the leak – to the insurance adjuster coming out and talking to you and I – to getting the materials delivered - to your crew showing up and tearing off the old roof and putting the new one on - to getting the insurance checks to pay the bill.

The crew was courteous and cleaned up very well after the job was completed, including cleaning out MY GUTTERS!  You and your crew worked very hard, and I do appreciate it. I will definately recommend others to you in the future because my roof looks GREAT!

Hi James,
I just wanted to say thanks again for the roof repair of our recent hail damage loss.

October 4, 2006, our neighborhood suffered extensive hail damage.  We thought we were NOT one of them, but then the very high winds that came through our neighborhood again on December 1, 2006, proved us incorrect.  After noticing several shingles missing from our roof, you so graciously met the adjuster at our home.  And yes, not only did we have shingles missing but the entire roof was damaged from hail.  Unfortunately, our adjuster did not agree on the terms you gave him for the amount needed to fix our roof.

Because of your generosity, you were able to replace our roof for the actual cost the adjuster allowed.  I realize you probably did not make much of a profit, if any, for our roof, but you fixed it anyway!

We could not believe how quickly the roofers came out.  The adjuster and you assessed the roof on a Monday, and within a week ,you were calling me to say the roofers would be out within the next 2 to 3 days.  I was amazed the very next day when you called and said “Hey, we’re expecting rain again, and my guys will be out today, is that ok?" OK? I was not expecting the roofers until the NEXT week.  By 9:45 a.m. Friday morning, they were backing in my driveway.  This cannot be right?! There are other roofers in our neighborhood who drop their shingles off one day and MAY return within the next 2-3 days.  So by 9:50 a.m., I am outside washing windows and am hearing roofers already on my roof tearing the old shingles off!  At 1:00 p.m., I decided to get out of the house for a little bit, my roof had already been torn off and paper was already rolled.  When I returned by 3:00 p.m., the roof was almost done.  By 5:00 p.m., the roofers were cleaning up.  They even asked to sweep my garage.  Sweep my garage? My husband does not even sweep my garage.  At 5:45 p.m., the roofers were done and leaving—it took them only 6 hours to remove and replace my roof.  We live in a 2-tory, high peak roof that the house sits slightly on an incline, so from the base of the road to even the base floor of our house is about 8 feet and then there are 2 stories on top of that.

I am truly amazed looking around our neighborhood that my neighbors still have dumpsters, shingles, or even partially torn-off roofs for as high as a week to get their roofs replaced.  Why did they not use Ohio Exterior and Interiors? ARE THEYNUTS?  Carpentry Works had our roof torn off, replaced, and had left our house within 6 hours NOT 6 DAYS.

We were so impressed with Ohio Exterior and Interiors, that James is currently getting an estimate together to replace our siding.  We have boys so the back of the house looks worse than any hail damage can do because of baseballs, soccer balls, footballs, and yes even a golf ball TWICE that was hit and missed.
