Spraying 1 part bleach to 3 parts water on stains will kill mold and mildew, and adding tri-sodium phosphate will allow you to clean the roof at the same time. Thoroughly rinse your roof when finished to prevent drying and cracking.

Can I power wash my shingle roof?

Yes, but only on the very lightest setting. Power washing will easily damage and loosen shingles if you are not cautious.

How long does a typical roofing job last?
